The Raven & The Dealer

This Halloween it's a scream to see,
A Bunbow as cruel as possible to be,
Trapped in a cage,
A familiar of his own,
The Raven's cage he'd truely outgrown.

Dragged through the streets,
Metal sparks burning his feet,
Raven forever dreams,
Squeesing closed his eyes,
Wishing freedom and wings to reach the skies.

Alas the wish that was granted,
Was one far more enchanted,
Raven the rabbit,
On two feet he stood tall,
Cried out at his new shadow dancing along the wall.

Finally unbound the raven unfurled,
His mind racing suddenly he twirled,
Captive all of his life,
He'd now take his revenge,
His souless life, he would avenge.

The dealer slighting a grin,
Stepped quickly towards his new kin,
His heart alight with glee,
True companions can we be now,
I will protect you with my life I do vow.

Hesitating the raven stuck still,
His eyes suddenly beginning to fill,
Foolish and fragile,
Already forgiven,
He curled up weak against his captor,
his freedom held an unachievable vision.

About Bunbows: Bunbows are unwanted pet bunnies. The anguish they feel when they're ignored and cast aside enraged the big bunny in the sky and they awoke with new found freedom! Growing taller and gaining the ability to walk upright, their brains significantly enlarging, they now had their independance. Some Bunbows relish in their new lives, seeking adventure and true friendship -- whatever they wish: they are happy. However, some Bunbows despise the extra complications life now holds for them, they can't handle all the new thoughts and duties: they just wanted to be a pet rabbit and a simple life. These Bunbows hate the bunny in the sky and often have twisted personalities.

The mutations they recieve when they are transformed seem to be completely random! Although some bunnies say it's to do with their strength of heart, many call it sentimental mumbo jumbo. Some Buns choose to groom themselves in the traditional 'Bunny' way to celebrate and remember their roots, however some opt for more stylish modern cuts to really show off their new personality.
